Tanita Timour Antonio is the Co-Founder & Director of Marketing for Tenacious Marketing. Tanita specializes in digital marketing, brand image, and social media strategies. She has worked with small businesses and non-profits in varying industries on the West Coast to create websites, branding materials, and manage social media. With a passion for volunteering, she has been an active member of the PRSA San Diego/ Imperial Counties Chapter since 2017 and served as the Digital Communications Director on the Board of Directors from 2019 to 2022. Her position was focused on developing, executing, and managing digital communications strategies as well as paid and organic promotions through the Chapter's Social Media accounts.
Tanita was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and immigrated to America with her immediate family at the age of seven. She grew up in Washington State and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Since 2015, Tanita has been living in sunny San Diego with her husband and their dog. Her background, culture, and upbringing play a key role in her empathetic ability, "I think that tenacity was more of a necessity rather than an option during my adolescence, but it has grown to be one of my favorite characteristics. Something I strive to instill in my work."
